The Year's Plans (Hopes)

This year, Team Bemani are looking to go for it! Already we're meeting (either fully or a majority) at least once a week. Now, we're not complaining about having some top SSR players in the team, but we're all male! So, first thing this year is to find a couple of female players. It seems the majority of persons relating information or talking about DDR and Bemani on the internet are male. Wouldn't it be nice to have another perspective on DDR? That's the first aim, anyway...

Secondly (or as Ez2 put's it: "Secound"), we've heard of a few tournaments being held. One of which is in Barry's Island, Wales. NMR invited us along to take part, which we hope to do. We don't have full details yet, but we are aware that one has already taken place and there may be another in the Summer. And guess what? DDR MAX will be there at some point this summer! If you're planning to go to Wales this year, be sure to drop into Barry's Island in South Wales. It'll be worth it. As far as we know, this will be the ONLY MAX machine in the UK!

And finally, SMF and I (Random Hajile) feel we're getting a bit old. SMF is 30, I'm 21. Is this too old to continue? Are you older? Let us know if we should quit or carry on regardless.

As for next year, I'll be studying with Open University towards a diploma in Computer Programming (hopefully learn enough to do a 3DDX simulator for those who've never played it), so my playing will be limited if we continue. I'm not sure what the rest of Team Bemani will be doing next year, more than likely dancing more than ever. By that time EuroMIX 2 should be out.
