MOON LANDING PROOF REJECTED Oh how right I was! The American space agency, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) released a 30 year old picture (a bit late boys, thank you very much) of the base of the lunar module as seen from the orbiting command module. The photograph is attributed to Gene Cernan, the commander and last man to walk on the moon, and was taken after the successful rendezvous and docking between the lunar module and the orbiting mother craft. Naturally, as I suspected, the whinging basket cases at UFO Magazine were not happy with it: "UFO sceptics and debunkers are the first to dismiss UFO footage and photographs that lack detail, or are fuzzy and blurred. But the fact is one could select from any number of UFO images whose detail is infinitely superior to that seen here. [Whuuuuut??? - Arthur] Far from dampening the flames of the conspiracy theorists, this is image is likely to have the exact opposite effect." ...is how the the magazine put it. Next to sending a spacecraft with these idiots on board, landing it on the Moon and then throwing them out of the airlock in their underwear - what sort of proof do they want? They will always claim it is fake, no matter how good the detail. In fact, if the detail was good they would equally claim it was too good and the picture was a fake because of that! It proves that obfuscating the truth can sell magazines... Update 16 September,2002
