Early bookings : All tables which are booked and paid for before 1/06/08 will receive a 10% refund, those between 1/06/08 and 31/07/08 a 5% refund.  In addition the first 10 tables booked will each receive a 2% cut of the takings on the door (after break even).  All of these payments will be made on the day of the show.

Allocation of tables : Any trader who attended last year will be guaranteed a place if they book in time for the 5% refund (31/07/08).  After that point bookings will be done largely on a first come first served basis.  Confirmations will be sent to all traders who secure a place, please do not assume you are in without having received one.

Cancellations : Booking fees will be returned in their entirety subject to our ability to resell the space booked to another trader.  If it is not possible to fill the space vacated then any refund will be at the discretion of the organisers.  It is therefore in your interest to give as much warning of a cancellation as is possible.
