Diary Day 7

AN even earlier start this morning, and we had breakfast at the church. Sam ate all the lucky charms, and incurred the wrath of many. We went as a band on a school bus into Boston, and we did a section of 'The Freedom Trail', visiting Boston State House, which is now a museum. When we had looked around there, we spent some time on retail therapy around the area, visiting Macy's and dining in the Quincy Market (which, we are told, is world famous). From here we headed back to Chelmsford and back to our host families. Our host family took us to the Burlington Mall, which is about 15 mins outside of Chelmsford, where we ate at the 'Rainforest Cafe'. For those who saw the St Peters Geography department two years ago, it was like that but with class. It was decorated like a rainforest, complete with waterfalls, thunderstorms and bird calls. It was also Sam's birthday today (honest) and so we got a very nice fudge brownie and ice cream concoction known as the 'Volcano', accompanied by a birthday jingle. Sam said that it was the bestest birthday ever in the whole world ever. After a bit more retail therapy, we headed back to Chelmsford. We ARE going to watch Monty Python tonight - we fell asleep last night, 10 mins in. Ciao
