Ben…now some people describe him as “Big Gay Ben” whereas others disagree and prefer to refer to him as “That big, pink, fluffy queer”…. whatever your affectionate name for him, ‘he still loved bumming boys’ (Yates, 2003).

To his credit though, Ben was very aware of the “prank” culture which had manifested itself on the 3rd floor and was wary to lock his door at any opportunity. On one occasion 2 pranksters successfully infiltrated the gay lair and hid in his wardrobe until he went to his weekly “bible-bashing boner group”. Once he’d gone, they opened the door and everybody weighed in…helping Ben move to his new home a few doors down….in the laundry cupboard! Ben was overjoyed to say the least upon his arrival home…beaming smile from ear to ear…until he opened his door and found his bed had had enough of his back door antics and left home! Gotcha! Xxxxx
