Andy and John had just returned from the library in mid-March of the fourth year. John and Andy were eating toast in the kitchen. Earlier that day Brian had been hard at work cleaning the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. It must be understood that the upstairs bathroom hadn’t been cleaned since the Neanderthals left Africa for Asia. Brian had finished cleaning and was over the road, Matt emerged from the living room and commented upon Brian’s hard work. “I’m pleased the bathroom’s been done” said Matt. “The toilet was green, and it stunk……I don’t know why” he adds!
