In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, refunds will be given on all items returned in their original condition, within 14 days of purchase. The refunded amount will be less the postage cost, and will be paid in the same method as the original payment. 

Any faulty items will be replaced providing we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.

When returning an item to us, please ensure you enclose, as a minimum, your Ebay ID so that we know who the item is sent by. Without this, a refund is not possible.

If you have not previously contacted us about the return, please also enclose a note explaining the reason for return - just to avoid any confusion.
