About me & my art

I am retired and now live in southern France where I am classed as Artiste Confirmé'

I find painting enormously relaxing and it enables me to explore my artistic creativity.

I enjoy reproducing those paintings of old Master’s that I love but could not afford to buy even if they were on the market! Though I like a particular painting,  I will often change certain elements in order to create the outcome that I particularly want. It might be the reproduction of part of a larger work, or altering certain features or objects in the picture.
