We are finally off on our first pack holiday! Brown Owl is taking her qualification and we get to go on an adventure away from home for 4 days!

After seeing the film in November all the Brownies really wanted the theme to be Harry Potter
The sixes names will change to the Hogwart's houses: Griffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw.

We are going to be doing loads of stuff we don't get time to do at Brownies, but of course they are Harry Potter-fied!
We'll be swimming the lake, playing Quidditch, having spooky trails around the Forbidden Forest, making Snape's potions and Transfiguration classes - or craft to you and I!

Our roving reporter, Nicole, has already volunteered to write a report on the pack holiday when we get back - so watch this space!

As well as Brown Owl, Mole, Badger and Fox we will also have Snowy and Hedgehog helping us out. Snowy used to help run the pack with Brown Owl and Hedgehog went off the Chef's College after leaving Guides (she's going to be cooking on pack holiday) but they like helping us out every now and again!
All the leaders will be named after the Harry Potter professors - Prof. Dumbledore, Prof. McGonagall, Hagrid, Madame Hooch, Prof. Snape - but Fox wanted to be different so she is Hermione!
