My name is Paul William Berry, I was born in Adderley Green, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent (The Potteries) Staffordshire, England.
The male Berry's worked in the pits. (coal mines) Most of the females worked in the pot banks. (pottery works)
I have shot Down The Line for the England shooting team, The West Midlands Shooting Team and the Staffordshire Shooting Team, and have been DTL Captain & Team Manager for my county of Staffordshire for the past 5 years.
In 2008 I was made Vice Chair of the Staffordshire Committee..
I have been researching my tree for a very long time, long before computer data bases were the norm, and have managed to trace my ancestors back to Prescot Lancashire in 1722. The pages listed will hopefully save any of my possible relations from a lot of hard work.
A WORD OF WARNING.
If anyone is directly related to me, have your blood cholesterol checked. A lot of Berry blooded people, (O Rhesus negative) have a liver that produces far too much cholesterol for its own good, thus causing problems that may lead to the curse of the Berry's.
This being sticky blood which may cause a heart attack due to blood clots sticking on the cholesterol in the veins. 2x75mg of Aspirin for the blood and a Statin type drug for the cholesterol will sort out the problem.
