BRIDGEND ATHLETIC CLUB is based at the Clubhouse and Running Track behind the BRIDGEND RECREATION CENTRE ,Newbridge Fields ,BRIDGEND, South Wales.
The Club caters for all ages and abilities across all athletics disciplines from beginners to Olympians
Summer competition concentrates on track & field while Winter is mostly Cross Country with some Indoor events . Club Members and teams compete in Road Races throughout the year over all distances .
Sponsorship by PHYSIQUE HEALTH & FITNESS matched by SPORTSLOT enabled the Club to promote the development of the Sport in the area over a 3 year period in the late 1990's, growing the Club ,encouraging schools and providing coaching for disabled athletes.
We are willing to discuss any sponsorship proposals to help continue this development.
Help is always required for coaching , administration and general assistance . We will give help and arrange training for coaches and officials -COME ALONG or Contact us if you are interested
