Before sending us an email, please ask yourself one question - Is your email going to be asking for any form of Travel Enquiry? If yes, please do not send us an email as we are not able to deal with Travel Enquiries, instead please see the special section at the bottom of this page.

Travel Enquiries

We do not deal with Travel Enquiries. Why should we? There are many ways to get the information you need (see below). It is also pointless sending an email asking us for help for 'same day' travel - the chances are we will not pick up your email until after the time you have said you wanted to travel.

All Travel Enquiries should be directed towards Transport for London or the independent Train or Coach operators. Have a look at the Transport for London Journey Planner. This lists all forms of transport within London and you can look up journeys between two points. This should answer any enquiries that you have. Additionally, you can also contact Transport for London website or by phoning them on 020 7222 1234.

For National Express enquiries try searching for the information you need through their website. Similarly, for Green Line services. Train operator websites can be found through our links page - Oxford-London coach services and Megabus websites can also be found here.
