Welcome to CAMBRIDGE GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE CLUB'S Home Page
Club ProfileThe club is run by Paul & Kay Marshall who are registered coaches with British Gymnastics (BG). The Club has been running in Cambridge for the last 19 years. We are a friendly, but disciplined, Recreational Gymnastics Club with an active membership of approximately 200 members; we have a low ratio of gymnasts/trampolinists to coaches in each class. Pupils come 1-2 times a week, and our aim is to teach a high level of recreational gymnastics/trampoline, that is not geared towards competition, with a high level of safety. We teach a variety of gymnastics skills including: Floor, Beam, Vault, Rhythmics and co-ordination work as well as Rebound techniques and Trampoline. Lessons cost £5.00 for an hourly session, payable termly. There is also a yearly (October-September) British Gymnastics membership fee of £17.75 (2008-2009), which covers both Gymnastics & Trampoline insurance. Classes run from Monday to Saturday term time, throughout the year, at Netherhall Lower School, Gunhild Way, Cambridge, Parkside Federation Coleridge Campus, Radegund Road, Cambridge and The Leys School Sports Complex, Trumpington Road, Cambridge. The club runs Recreational Gymnastics classes for children 3-14 years and Trampoline classes for ages 7-14 years.
We only have a few spaces left on our Summer holiday courses, see the News page for details on courses still available!
