A collection of photos on cycling French cols (and other high places) taken over the past 12 years or so. These are split into the following regions: Southern Alps (with a separate section on the Vercors region), the Northern Alps and also the Pyrenees. These were initially setup in Nov 2001 and the plan then was to add more pictures as we continued our cycling amongst the hills. But the best laid plans etc.... We have been doing other cycling (and non-cycling) things (see elsewhere on our homepage) since then. We do not anticipate adding any further pictures for the moment but you never know what the future may hold.

Generally the cols are in separate sections with a short description and 2-8 thumbnail pictures which you need to click on to get a larger image. In addition there are some links in places to further pictures. Any comments etc then feel free to contact us at davejowhitney@hotmail.com
