Welcome to my non listed, unadvertised portfolio site. This is a no frills web site with no animated gif's or Flash animations. I have also tried to keep the size of the graphics to a reasonable resolution so these pages will load quicker.

I class myself as more of a graphic artist than a graphic designer. I create my own artwork that I then use for the subsequent advertisements, covers etc.

My main workhorse that I use is Adobe Photoshop and along side this is Corel Photo-Paint for additional effects that Photoshop can not offer. I also use a few other packages such as Painter and Cinema 4D. Software such as Cinema and Poser I seldom use but are of good use when creating 3D artwork. If the work calls for more than design, such as brochures or magazines, I prefer to work in Quark than Adobe InDesign. However InDesign can always be configured for Quark users.

I believe that what makes and sells a graphics designer is not the ability to throw a few images onto a blank board but to have flare and imagination, to understand how colour and balance are essential to creativity and to continually develop their artistic skills and eye for detail.
