Winless Xtra has visions of a real upset as they led Corby Everard 2-0 at the break through Lee Goodman and Adrian Jackson.
But fortunes were turned in no uncertain fashion as Everard stormed to an 8-3 triumph with four-goal Joey Martin leading the second half spree.
Jim Wilson, Chris Russel, Niel McMillan and Connor O'Sullivan weighed in with Goodman adding a third for Xtra.
