The estuary of the River Vistula near Gdynia / Gdansk is a worthwhile place for a spot of birding. A number of people make the trek from the car park to the sea for the amber deposits, but there are plenty of birds to see, including several terns. The other lists are not my own, but the places visited sound rich in bird life!
