*To get this item go into the sleeping mans cave in the Junon area, however you cant get there as there is a river in the way. To get into the cave you have to come back later. after you have done the gold saucer you will have a buggy, take this to Costa Del Sol (entering the town in the buggy) and cross the sea on the ship. now back in the Junon area drive the buggy up the river until you find a shallow part and cross it. Go into the cave and speak to the sleeping man. He tells you how many battles you've had, how many times you've escaped and something about large materia. If you have had a number of fights that the last two digits are the same (eg. 111, 66, 544) he will then give you a piece of Mythril. Leave the cave and cross the sea in the buggy again. to the south of the Gold Saucer is a house if you give the Mythril to the man inside he will allow you to open one of his boxes. Open the small box upstairs and you will receive the Great Gospel.

*To get the Chaos item get in the sub and go to the far north here you will find a small tunnel if you go all the way through it and surface you will be in a small lake surrounded by mountains. Dock near the waterfall and if you have Vincent in your team walk into the waterfall. inside talk to Lucreatia and then when you have beaten Ultimate weapon go back into the same area and the item will be in there along with Vincent's best weapon.
