When you regain control of Cloud follow Barrett onto the next screen and then go into the small house on the right hand side of the screen. Head back to where you started when Barrett has finished his story. Walk through the gate at the back and then take the gate to the right, keep going right. If you went up instead of right at the gate you will be in a never ending desert to get out of it you need to walk around until the chocobo cart comes and then get on that. When you reach the area with all the cars you can fight a monster called death claw, it will use the enemy skill Laser. Now make sure Barrett has the Restore Materia equipped and some powerful magic, maybe even your summons. When you have done this walk up past all the cars to find Dyne. Boss eleven- Dyne. This boss is quite difficult as you only have Barrett in the fight. Use powerful magic on him, fire works well, as well as summons and limit breaks. Try and keep your health around the 300hp mark as dyne often gets two attacks to your one. When he is defeated you will have to win a chocobo race. Listen to Ester and she will teach you how to ride a chocobo. A little tip is to hold the L1, L2, R1 and R2 buttons while racing this will help you regain stamina. When you are able to move gain pick up the Ramuh Materia from the wall behind the jockeys at the table then wait for Ester to come back into the room. Speak to her to start the race. When you win you will be given the buggy. When you leave the gold saucer after the race you will be in the buggy, if you get into fight against a harpy on the desert area surrounding the gold saucer you can learn the enemy skill Aqualung but it will do a lot of damage so keep your healt up. Now head south and you will find river cross at the shallows continue south until you reach a small town surrounded by forest.
