When you hit the floor go speak to Tifa and then you will be attacked by Boss three- Aps, this boss shouldn’t be too difficult just attack him, use grenades and use Fire magic and he should be defeated quite quickly. After the battle when you able to walk around again run forward and up the stairs to collect the potion, then go back down into the water and climb the ladder on the other side. Run around the corner and climb down the ladder cross the water and go up the stairs, collect the Steal Materia. Examine the hole at the end of the platform and jump down. On the next screen run forward and go down the stairs, cross the water and at the other end there is a gap in the fence climb up and move across the platform to the ladder, climb it to the next area.
