Mandala Yoga Ashram was established in 1986 by Swami Nishchalananda Saraswati to teach and propagate classical yoga. It was inspired by his Guru Swami Satyananda Saraswati and has close links with the Bihar School of Yoga and the British Wheel of Yoga. It nestles in 25 acres of beautiful isolated hill country in South West Wales. I can well recommend a visit.
