JB3 is owned & managed by Charles Ivill ("Chaz" to his friends).
In it's inaugral season JB 3 has been competing primarily in the R.O.R.C. 2007 IRC 0 offshore series.

Chaz previously owned Johnny Blue II and Johnny Blue successful J-109's & Charlie J a succesful J-120.
