Doncaster Housing for Young People (D.H.Y.P) was formed in 1993. It aims to - "provide a user led service which offers good quality , safe, affordable accommodation and appropriate support to homeless young people aged between 16 - 25, which enables those young people to fulfil their own unique potential."

D.H.Y.P is an independent voluntary organisation run and managed by a management committee, whose membership includes representatives from a number of statutory and voluntary agencies.
