ACES Code of Practice

  1. We will always deal fairly and politely with eBay members.

  3. We will at all times honour eBay's rules, and uphold the spirit of the eBay community.

  5. We will fully and accurately describe all our items for sale; and unless clearly stated otherwise all items will be available immediately from stock.

  7. Our postage and packing charges will, as per eBay's rules, never be more than the amount needed to cover the actual costs of packing and sending the item.
  8.  
  9. We will always endeavour to dispatch items within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of cleared payment; and always by a safe, cost-effective, and appropriate method.
  10.  
  11. In the event of an item being lost in transit, we will process claims as speedily as possible.
  12.  
  13. We will accept returns of faulty, damaged, or mis-described goods; and accept full responsibility for the cost of returning such goods - we will never expect buyers to be out-of-pocket for our mistakes.

  15. We will leave our buyers honest and factual feedback.
  16.  
  17. The feedback comments on our profiles will always be visible (We will not set our feedback to 'Private').
