ACES Code of Practice
- We will always deal fairly and politely with eBay members.
- We will at all times honour eBay's rules, and uphold the spirit of the eBay community.
- We will fully and accurately describe all our items for sale; and unless clearly stated otherwise all items will be available immediately from stock.
- Our postage and packing charges will, as per eBay's rules, never be more than the amount needed to cover the actual costs of packing and sending the item.
- We will always endeavour to dispatch items within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of cleared payment; and always by a safe, cost-effective, and appropriate method.
- In the event of an item being lost in transit, we will process claims as speedily as possible.
- We will accept returns of faulty, damaged, or mis-described goods; and accept full responsibility for the cost of returning such goods - we will never expect buyers to be out-of-pocket for our mistakes.
- We will leave our buyers honest and factual feedback.
- The feedback comments on our profiles will always be visible (We will not set our feedback to 'Private').
