ACES Membership Criteria

To become a member of ACES sellers must, in addition to complying with the Code of Practice, meet the following criteria:

1. They must have been an eBay member for at least six months.
   
   
2. They must have at least 50 Feedback ratings as a seller.
   
   
3. Their Feedback percentage must meet or exceed our minimum requirement as follows:
   
   

   Feedback Score	Minimum Percentage
   Up to 199	98
   200 to 500	98.5
   501 or over	99

   
   
4. Their Terms of Sale, including Returns Policy, must be clear and readily available to any potential buyer (i.e. on item pages, or About Me page, or both).
