Please note training is cancelled on Tuesday 9 June due to unavailability of coaches. Normal service resumes on Thursday 11 June at Clifton Hill, 7.30pm.
Tuesday evening training is outside as of 19 May! The venue is the Bromhams Farm playing fields near the 'scary' swing bridge over the canal. Sessions will start at 7pm (instead of 6.30). Thursday training will remain unchanged.
The guys and gals from Taunton KC will be joining us for training on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month in May - July.
Due to numbers they don't often get the opportunity to play a full game so if you can only come to the occasional session, please make the effort to come on one of these nights!

The 2008/09 season is now over. Congratulations to the 2nd team for topping their division! The 1st team didn't do badly either, finishing second...
You've guessed it, there are some new rules. Why have a dog and bark yourself I always say (as an oblique compliment to Bristol City's website and updating) so you can see the details HERE.

Korfball is mixed and very sociable. We
usually visit the pub after training to undo all
the good we've just done, have organised pub
crawls and several dinners and will continue to do
so.
Team-mates will help you when you start playing and the basic rules are easy to learn. If you can catch and throw and run, you can play!
As Korfball is a game of tactics and teamwork, it doesn't get boring - it is easy to learn the basics but you can spend years developing individual and team skills and tactics.
Some of the features of Korfball:-
Everyone attacks, everyone
defends
Equal co-operation between
the sexes
Team work and strategy more
important than strength and speed
Its new to almost everyone -
we're all bad to begin with! All you need is a
bit of fitness and hand-eye coordination
Good exercise
Chance to play local,
national and international teams and
competitions
Good social
scene

Website Changes
We have run out of space on the server! Please bear with us while the website is being upgraded. During the change over there may be some 'functionality shortfalls' and things will look a bit bare. Apologies.
