The image below is the front cover of a 1931-32 elementary school report. As can be seen, it is replete with very obvious fascist symbolic imagery. It shows a towering column of fasces - the Roman symbol of power and justice used by Mussolini's regime - and a horizontal set of fasces. This last set of fasces lies in between the inscriptions which state that it is a document issued from the Ministry of National Education and its subsection, the Opera Nazionale Balilla.
