Nirvana Tracks (B) Baba O'Riley - This is a bootlegged track where Chris Noveselic supplys shouty vocals. The track was originally by The Who. (lyrics) (midi) Bambi Kill aka Bambi Slaughter, Bambie Kill - This is a Kurt Cobain solo which was supposedly recorded during the Fecal Matter days. (lyrics) (midi) Beans aka Beans and Wine - When I first heard this track I didn't believe it was actually Nirvana because the vocals have been edited so they are high pitched. But this track is genuine which was confirmed by Chad Channing and the vocals are Kurts. Chad Channing said the track was recorded for Bleach but it was rejected because the record label said it sounded retarded! (lyrics) (midi) Been A Son aka She Should Have Been A Son, In The Sun- This was recording is taken from a Mark Goodier session recorded for the BBC. It was later released on Incesticde. This track was also used a b-side to Blew. Also the Manics did a cool cover of this track which is worth checking out. (lyrics) (midi) Beeswax - This track is taken from Incesticide and I've just realised what a "didley" is and I'm shocked, hehe. (lyrics) (midi) Big Cheese aka Big Chief, Make Me - Taken from the Bleach album. This track was also used as a b-side to Nirvanas first single, Love Buzz. (lyrics) (midi) Big Long Now aka Blind, Can We See Our Faces? - A down tempo track taken from Incesticide. (lyrics) (midi) Black And White Blues aka Vendettagainst - This is weird little instruemental track. It sounds sorta red neck and not very Nirvana. I don't think anyone is sure if this track is genuine but Kurt does play part of this track on a bootleg dating from 1990. The studio version was thought to have been recorded in 1988. Although I aren't certain if this track is genuine, I hope thats it is. Blandest aka Saviour, Situation Change - This track was recorded in 1988 and was going to be used as a b-side to Love Buzz but later on it got scrapped. (lyrics) (midi) Blew aka Blue, Shame, Coxxyx- The opening track for "Bleach" and also Nirvanas 2nd single. Iit was only released on 12" vinyl. I'm not sure of the release date but it was some time in December, 1989. The b-sides to this single are Love Buzz, Been A Son and Stain. There's a cool earlier version of this track with different lyrics and also with a more relaxed and rhythmic chorus. (lyrics) (midi) Breed aka Immodium, Bleed, She Said - I think this the first track on Nevermind that proves that Nirvana didn't sell out because its their typical self styled thrashy punk track that you could expect to find on previous releases. Originally the track was called Imodium but the nasty company with the same name didn't want them to use that so they changed the title to Breed. Early performances of this track have slightly different lyrics. (lyrics) (midi) Buffy's Pregnant - This was supposedly recorded in 1985 from the Fecal Matter Sessions (Fecal Matter is the name of one of kurts earlier groups before Nirvana) but sinse this session is yet to surface it must be a fake. The vocals are all screamed so it's hard to tell if its Kurt or not so this is why this track is still being traded. The track is a sorta little black metal track and I hoped that it was genuine and for a long time I believed so but it's a fake :( |
