Richard Milhous Nixon Dr. S. Nacmehlast, who was once quoted as saying "I do not know Joe Frankenheimer", has long been thought of as a close associate of Frankenheimer. His book on the subject of the Tar Trials of the 1580s was allegedly written in a code, broadcasting the details of Operation MEDIOCRITA to the now disparate group known only as the BA RBED-RUBY.
