Now the south people from all walks of life highly speak of the Songun politics of leader Kim Jong Il that defends destiny of the nation from war moves of the US and ensures peace and security of the Korean Peninsula.

This is a commentary published by the People’s Movement Headquarters for the Withdrawal of the US Forces in praise of the Songun politics of north Korea.

South Korea is indebted to the Songun politics

The south Koreans should know the Songun politics of north Korea deters war maneuvers of the US in the Korean Peninsula.

The US has invaded weak countries.

The Iraqi war clearly proves it.

Of course, the US unleashed wars across the world in the past. It is over 200 occasions.

What is the reason that the US dares not provoke a war against north Korea which it dislikes? Because north Korea made powerful war deterrence on the solid basis of the Songun politics.

The valiant spirit of the Korean nation who shows no mercy to the aggressors would deal a fatal blow to them and annihilate its entity in the earth.

If north Korea does not pursue the Songun politics, the US would invade north Korea.

North Korea is not a barbarous country like the US that invades other country and kills innocent people. Such thing was not happened in the past and will not happen.

Originally, the Korean nation is not the nation that invades other countries and inflicts harmful things upon the other people. North Korea is a driving force of war deterrence in the Korean Peninsula.

The south Korean authorities should not overlook that south Korea is indebted to the Songun politics of north Korea.

Now the south Koreans are confident of bright future of unified country through the Songun politics of the leader who leads showdown between north Korea and the imperialist allied forces to victory.

Great traces left on the road for reunification

-Marking the 57th death anniversary of comrade Kim Jong Suk-

Korea’s reunification was the greatest desire of Comrade Kim Jong Suk.

Comrade Kim Jong Suk in her military uniform of the anti-Japanese armed struggle traversed the road for reunification in order to realize Korea’s reunification, long-cherished desire of the Korean nation, as soon as possible, true to intention of President Kim Il Sung.

In a year after Korea’s liberation from the Japanese military rule, some comrades gave a cloth to make dress. She declined cloth, saying that she would put new dress when the south Korean people lead happy life in reunified country.

In a year, some comrade requested to take photo with her. However, she said that she would have taken photo with the south Korean people when the country is reunified.

She bestowed endless love on the south Korean figures who came to north Korea to meet President Kim Il Sung, although she did not pursue her personal happiness.

She showed her warm affection to Kim Gu, a representative of the south side, who visited Pyongyang to participate the South North Joint Conference held in April, 1948 and made 60^th birthday table for Hong Myung-hee, who remained in Pyongyang to work with the President.

She took care of the south Korean revolutionaries who came to north Korea.

Leader Kim  Jong Il has rendered tireless efforts to realize reunification, behest of the President, as soon as possible, true to ardent wish of his mother.

The south Korean people highly praise the immortal revolutionary life of  Kim Jong Suk that brightened the Songun cause started from Mt. Baekdu, yearning Kim Jong Suk, an anti-Japanese hero.
