A spacious privately owned 2 bedroom detached villa (sleeps 4/6) in a small well maintained complex of 5 villas with manicured gardens and beautiful views of the pine clad mountains in the distance. The ground floor consists of a fully furnished lounge with TV, leading to the open terrace with patio furniture and Barbeque, overlooking large shared pool (Sun beds and parasols Provided). A kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, Combi-Microwave, gas hob, toaster and kettle. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and toilet. Air conditioned first floor comprising of large master bedroom with balcony and patio furniture overlooking the pool. Second twin bedroom, bathroom, and utility area with washing machine & ironing facilities. A double sofa-bed is provided if required for use in the lounge. A cot can be provided if necessary at no extra charge.

The Villa is ideally situated, located in the Ovacik/Hisaronu area of Olu Deniz, Turkey. A tranquil location off the main road only 200 yards from the nearest local shop, ideal for all your daily supplies.

Bars and Restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding areas to suit all tastes.

All local areas of interest are easily reached from the main road by Dolmus (bus). They run frequently and are a cheap way to get around. The Dolmus will take you down the winding mountain road, with spectacular views of the famous Oludeniz beach and lagoon area (10 mins).

You can walk along the promenade and stop for lunch and drinks in one of the many beach bars or watch the paragliders landing on the beach. Alternatively walk down to the lagoon. This is a preserved natural area and a small charge is made on entrance but well worth the visit. On one side lie the calm waters of the lagoon, which is peaceful for picnics and relaxing. On the other side is the warm clear waters of the mediterranean. With a fine sand/shingle beach, sunbeds and parasols, you can swim and snorkel in beautiful surroundings. There is a beach bar here and water sports are available.

Taking the Dolmus in the other direction from the villa will take you into the traditional bustling coastal town of Fethiye (15 mins), with winding shopping streets, a busy harbour with excellent boat trips to be had day or night, plenty of good restaurants, and a weekly bazaar (market) for all your bargains.

Returning from the beach during the hot summer months to the villa in the village is a welcome retreat as it is set on a plateau and benefits from a cooling breeze.

Flights to Dalaman can be arranged subject to availability and change.

Transfers to and from Dalaman airport (50 mins ) for up to 4 people can be arranged for £80 return.

A £30 supplement will be added for 5 or 6 people as a minibus will be required.

A safe for your personal belongings is available at a cost of £7 per week + a refundable key deposit of £20

On arrival there will be a complimentary welcome pack in the villa.

We will try and cater for any special requests.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided (Not Beach Towels)

Accommodation is fully serviced prior to your arrival.

A light cleaning service with towels & sheets change is provided after the first week during 2 week bookings only as a washing machine is available for your own use.

No Checkout Time

Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a (non-refundable) deposit of £150 per week with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Although a car is not necessary, car hire can be arranged from £160 p.w depending on model required and time of year
