approximately halfway between the lively resort of Fuengirola to the east, and the cosmopolitan town of Marbella to

the west. Sleeps up to 4 people. Amenities include, satellite T.V (no viewing card required), communal swimming pool

and fully fitted kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and  washing machine. The Cabopino beach and marina complex

is just a 4 min drive away.

 

There are 3 large supermarkets near the main coast road to the east and west sides of the town, with 2 smaller family

run markets within a 5 minute walk. Money changing facilities are adjacent to all supermarkets. Local restaurants including

Indian, Italian, Swiss, and Chinese are also just a short stroll away.  The resort airport is Malaga.If hiring a car to explore

the coast, we recommend www.rentacarmalag.com as the cheapest, which has its base at the airport.The cars include

unlimited  milage and fully comprehensive insurance. Calahonda also has it's own 24 hr medical centre and ambulance.
