Ten Pin Bowling

 

Ten Pin Bowling takes place once a month on the second Wednesday.  We meet at 11.00am at Whitstable Bowling, which has proved to be the most popular venue.  The cost for two games is £3.50p (which includes a drink).  Each lane takes 6 persons and usually we book three to four lanes.  You don’t have to have played before – there is no competition!

We then follow this up by travelling the short distance to Tankerton where we have found a superb Fish and Chip Restaurant.  The Senior Citizen Special costs £4.50p and is most popular.  Numbers are limited to 20 in one sitting.

This event is a very popular, social outing.  Many members extend the day by a embracing walk along the sea front or visiting the interesting old town of Whitstable.
