This website was created due to dissatisfaction with LSH lack of accessibility, at the W3C Validator their site fails and produces 50 errors.
It has come to my attention on 11/2/05 that a similar sounding website Liverpool Student Digs has launched. It is not an impartial survey, but a private landlord company called "Highfield Properties" and "Ravelle Properties" run by Jerome Broderick and Larry Broderick.
The virtues of UNITE; resident co-ordinators, accommodation managers (who deal with a multitude of issues), a dedicated maintenance team, and maintenance report procedure. If you call your Accommodation Managers late, you get through to the 24 hour security team.
