I have cerebral palsy, I'm 28 years old. I was only two years old when I grew up in Ashtead in Surrey, in a small village with a park, I watched the children  playing football there. Little did I know that one day I would be in the Great Britain squad in Belgium for the Paraplegic Games- playing Boccia (an indoor lawn bowling).

I went to school in Kingston, I learnt Maths, English, Spelling. Later I developed other outside interests I became a cub. Later I was a scout, I enjoyed it because I went camping with them which I liked.

I have never let my disability stop me enjoying life- I enjoy life and get on with it despite my disability.

Boccia requires a great deal of concentration and co-ordination

The National Star College (where I went)  provides support and encouragement for people with disabilities
