Millie Young is an independent animator.
The creator of Millimations Animation Workshops
providing tailor made animation
workshops

about the environment and conservation issues
by with and for the community from 1994 - 2003.
Including music videos, for local Brighton band Tragic
Roundabout
and and award winning commission for Meridian Television
"Tally Bloody Ho!"
An animation about the issues
of Fox-hunting.
Which was screened in the UK in Oct 1999
and at many festivals worldwide including
the Iranian Young Cinema Society Short Film Festival in Nov 2000.
is about the 'elephant, the mahout and the wife' will be screened as part of her
MA Sequential Art/Illustration at Brighton University from Sept 14th - 22nd 2007
Most recent exhibition of Millie's Art was part of the Brighton Open Houses
during the Brighton Festival 2007

Prathida is one of the painting elephants at The National Elephant Institute,
She is the Princess of Thailand's adopted elephant.
The portrait
'Prathida Painting'
was sold at Christies Art Auction in June 2004
for the Art for Survival III Auction
raising funds for the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation
This year Milllie's portrait of Bhun Khun,
the Alpha male at the Elephant Nature Park
will be in the Art for Survival Auction.
