MY Photos!!!! (UPDATED)
I was born on 5 August, 1972 in the town of Kaliganj in Greater Jessore (now Jhenidha). My father at the time had recently graduated out of Rajshahi Medical School (1968) and was practicing medicine in various districts of East Pakistan. My mother is the eldest daughter of Late Mian Abdur Rashid a renowned businessman and politician of Pakistan (MNA) and then later of Bangladesh. In July 1973 at the age of 11 months I was taken to England as my father decided to pursue postgraduate studies leading to a FRCS degree. The entire family remained there (including my sister) together for another 24 years until I returned to Bangladesh in November 1996. During my stay in London I completed my education including a postgraduate degree in law from the London School of Economics (1994) and then qualified as a Barrister passing my examinations in 1996 (Lincolns Inn – Called 1997). My family still resides in England where my father now practices orthopedic surgery as an Associate Specialist at the Queen Elizabeth II hospital in Hertfordshire. On my return to Bangladesh I obtained my license to practice as an advocate of the High Court in 1998 and am a junior to Senior Advocate Khan Saifur Rahman.  I also teach law at the Dhaka Centre for Law and Economics in Dhanmondi and was also for a short period diplomatic correspondent for the Weekly Dhaka Post. My articles have been published nationally and internationally and I have been a frequent contributor to several internet discussion groups over the last five years. I enjoy listening to music and socializing but most of my time is taken up in work and other interests that I pursue. I like reading and always have a book at hand.
