LASER THERAPY - SURGERY

Laser Hair Removal
Various laser and light-based systems are utilized for efficient and long-lasting hair removal. The laser light energy causes thermal damage to the hair follicle, thus stunting regrowth.

Laser Resurfacing
Laser technology precisely removes damaged and undesired skin tissue, thereby erasing wrinkles and lines. Fresh skin cells to impart a rejuvenated facial appearance replace aging and sun-damaged skin.

Non-Ablative Laser Resurfacing (Photo Rejuvenation)
This novel approach appears to stimulate collagen growth and tighten underlying skin to improve skin tone and remove fine lines and mild to moderate skin damage. It offers the patient the benefits of few side effects and rapid healing with virtually no "downtime."

Laser Surgery
A beam of laser light directed at a site to cut, seal or vaporize skin tissue and blood vessels. Laser therapy is used to rejuvenate aging and sun-damaged skin by resurfacing wrinkles and lines; selectively eliminate tissue abnormalities such as vascular and pigmented skin lesions and tattoos; improve scars and stretch marks; erase spider veins and birthmarks; remove unwanted facial and body hair.

DERMATOLOGIC SURGERY

Excision and Closure
Cutting into the skin to remove a growth and then closing the wound with stitches, under local anaesthesia.

Flap Surgery
Transfer of adjacent skin tissue, often used to move skin to cover a defect area, under local anaesthesia.

Grafting
Surgical transplantation of skin to repair a defect,
 under local anaesthesia.

Excision and Punch Replacement Graft
A depressed acne scar is surgically removed under local anaesthesia, and a patch of skin from elsewhere on the patient's body is used to repair a defect.

Mohs Micrographic Surgery
Precise removal of skin cancer layer by layer under local anaesthesia with the aid of a microscope.

Nail Surgery
Removal or repair of a nail abnormality under local anaesthesia for the purposes of diagnosis and/or treatment.

Blepharoplasty
Upper and lower eyelid surgery under local anaesthesia to remove loose skin and excess fatty tissue.

Dermabrasion
Surgical sanding or planing of the outer layer of skin, under local anaesthesia, to improve acne and other scars, remove tattoos and minimize age spots, wrinkles and certain types of skin growths.

Microdermabrasion
A non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatment that uses micro-particles to abrade and rub off the top skin layer, vacuuming out the particles of dead skin.

Curettage and Desiccation
Use of a sharp instrument, under local anaesthesia, to scrape away skin tissue, followed by application of a heated electric needle to destroy skin growths.

ELECTRO SURGERY
Electro surgery is the destruction or removal of tissue, under local anaesthesia, using electrical energy and provides a rapid treatment for many skin lesions.

CRYO SURGERY
Freezing the skin tissue with liquid nitrogen to remove skin growths.

HAIR TRANSPLANTATION - RESTORATION
A variety of techniques, such as punch transplanting, mini- and micro-grafts, scalp reduction and skin flaps, to correct baldness and restore a person's natural hairline, under local anaesthesia.

TUMESCENT LIPOSUCTION
Liposuction is the removal of excess fat with a small, straw-like instrument called a cannula that is attached to a syringe or suction machine. The use of tumescent liposuction allows dermatologic surgeons to safely and effectively remove deep and superficial layers of undesired fat under local anaesthesia in an office facility with relatively little discomfort, virtually no complications and improved cosmetic results.

CHEMICAL PEELS : AHA – TCA – BLUE & EASY PEEL
Application of a chemical solution to remove the outer layer of skin to treat fine lines, wrinkles, mild scarring, acne, skin discoloration, and pre-cancerous growths.

SCLEROTHERAPY
Injection of a solution to remove unwanted varicose and spider leg veins.

MESOTHERAPY
It is widely used in aesthetic medicine to treat cellulitis, vascular problems, skin problems, aging skin, through multiple micro-injections at or around the point of trouble, never deeper than subcutaneous or intradermally. Just droplets of medication, painlessly administrated.

BOTULINUM TOXIN
Botulinum toxin type A is a muscle blockade that is injected in very tiny amounts into specific muscles to treat and improve lines, wrinkles and furrows associated with facial expression. It is also used to immobilize the muscle bands sometimes visible on the neck. Dermatologic surgeons can now improve these lines without surgery and without scars by a simple injection of botulinum toxin type A.

FILLING AGENTS
Filler substances are generally used to "plump up" and minimize wrinkles, furrows and hollows in the face, giving the skin a smoother and more pleasing appearance. Fillers such as bovine collagen, collagen-related fillers, polymer implants and related materials are effective for contouring specific facial sites and correcting depressions and scars.

AUTOLIPOCOLLAGEN
A form of soft tissue augmentation using one's own fat to fill and contour wrinkles, folds and depressions resulting from aging, sun-damage, injury or surgery.

ISOLAGEN

Self Rejuvenation for wrinkles and ageing skin
