The future depends on us. If we want a healthy, fulfilling life for all the world's creatures - air we can breathe, food we can eat and water we can drink without fear of cancer, sterility or poisoning - we must all act now.

The short term sticking-plaster "solutions" of the Grey Northants Parties will do nothing to resolve the social and environmental crisis we are facing. Their purpose is simply to win the next election and protect the interests of their backers. Only the long-term strategic approach of Green politics - putting people and planet before profits and power, addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms of our society's problems - can guarantee a future for our children and our children's children.
