PAMS Support Group

(Positive Action for MS)

For people living with Multiple Sclerosis

(Covering the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey and surrounding areas)

PAMS is a self-help group for anyone living with MS.

We began as a self-help group particularly for young, newly diagnosed people and their families and friends. Some of us are perhaps not “young” any more, but most of us are young-at-heart and some of us are newly diagnosed!

When and Where to find PAMS?

At “PAMS PM” from 8pm on the first Wednesday of the month at The Cap in Hand Public House, Hook Rise, Surbiton (by the Hook (Ace of Spades) roundabout – off the A3 at Hook Junction)

At “TT Get-togethers” (Third Tuesdays Get-togethers!) every third Tuesday of the month (except December) from midday in the Seasons Coffee Shop, Squires Garden Centre, Woodstock Lane North, Long Ditton.

If possible, please ring Helen by noon the day before, as the Coffee Shop will reserve tables for us.

What does PAMS do?

At PAMS PM, we mostly meet informally once a month but sometimes have a speaker.

TT Get-togethers are strictly social J!

Other activities include occasional outings and an annual Christmas party.
