Mixed Lacrosse is played at several different levels of seriousness. Many of the Women's Clubs in London turn out mixed teams in conjunction with a men's Club or they pull in male friends. There is no structured league but very social, informal tournaments and challenge games take place. 

The Universities have a site to promote and coordinate mixed games. There is contact information but it is possibly just the tip of the mixedberg. 

The English Lacrosse Association   web site is the best place to get news of what is going on in mixed Lacrosse.
