Some time early last year:
So Brian when will you do Kites 2002 the follow up to Kites 2001?
"I probably won't" he answered.

Morning Joe was the sound that had just walked in the front door, enter Brian (Bri) and Helen (Hezz) from Aeolian. They had arrived to give us our first delivery of there new video "Kites 2002". Down to business "Lets watch the Video" I said Poor Brian groaning as he has filmed it edited it and previewed it several times already. You know how it is!
So I opened the video, the cover of which has a really striking picture of John Huxtables Dragonfly on it, pushed it into the video player and within seconds I heard the sound of wind, YAY the start of a very good year, The title sequence is as well presented as ever with an aeolian video and soon we are at wellington country park watching the kite making workshop in action, and watch as these simple kites take to the air.
We then move on to Streatham where we see a surprise appearance of Hezz flying Raymond, and a superb display by the Team Adrenalize boys and girls doing there man-lifting display.
The music is beautifully simple and adds a great atmosphere to the kites on display, Customized Gravel at there best! Weymouth what can I say a great weekend I remember it well check out the Weymouth Video for more details. Then its on to Middle Wallop and more buggy madness the camera has its work cut out keeping up with all the action.
And who is that handsome guy introducing the Dunstable Section?
I'm not gonna go through it all but the following sections are once again superbly editied together with fantastic music.
All in all this is a video you can't miss out on owning, if you where at a festival in 2002 this captures all the feelings from the 2002 year.
So many people such a great year the highlights of lots of people across the kiting world are on there including yours truly (HA HA) and the priceless moment of Peter Lynn up a tree is also included.
Joe Brown
Reflections of an unforgetable year!
