Fitness Training
Tuesdays - 6.30pm for all at Bridgnorth Cricket & Hockey Club Start date Tuesday 15th July 2008 (Please be advised that this is a serious and progressively intensive fitness training program)
Early Season Stick Training for Ladies and Men's first team and development squad Wednesdays 7pm - 8.30pm Wednesday 6th August until Wednesday 27th August
Juniors' stick Training
Mondays - 6-7pm for U-11s, 7-8.30pm for U16s at Bridgnorth leisure centre Start date Monday 15th September (to 1st Dec 2008 then 5th Jan to 23rd Mar 2009)
