MAY : Look, Sal, you don't have to risk this, you're not barred. You can walk into the city anytime you want!

MAY : Sort of.
SALENE : May... I don't get it, why are we in sector 5? The Malls that way...
MAY : This building is right on the city boundary, the place has a basement which has a secret tunnel that goes under the wire. The shops just a front... They let kids, in and out, with no barcode... For a price.
SALENE : How do you know all this stuff?
MAY : You pick things up... Have you got any loot?
SALENE : [sighs]
MAY : Me neither.
SALENE : Well, how are we gonna get in there?

LOTTIE : [appears out of a cupboard behind Siva and Ruby]

RUBY : Lottie! Stick to thieving because lying's not your game!
LOTTIE : [runs out of the room]
SIVA : Lottie, wait!

SIVA : I looked after Ebony when we were kids, tried to. She was always in trouble, but it wasn't her fault, well, not really, the virus made her that way... Underneath she was a sweet kid. I wanted to help but I was only a kid myself.
RUBY : So what happened?
SIVA : We fell in with the bad crowd and that was that... I always felt I let her down though. It's too late now, but maybe there's a chance for Lottie...

JAVA : You ever been in love?
BARTENDER : I guess so...
JAVA : If you have to guess then you haven't!... I was in love once, he left me... Not what you think, it wasn't for another woman, [laughs], he left me for cyberspace! I'm a Paradise widow... But I got my revenge, I got him back, don't you worry about that... So how come I feel so bad?

JAVA : I guess... [angry] Who asked you!?!

SLADE : Oh, which one? There's so many.

[May and Salene enter the Safe Zone]
SALENE : Wow, they've really tidied up this place. I hardly recognise it!
MAY : Yeah, Megas big on tidying up, he's worse than my mom!
SALENE : [chuckles]

EBONY : Siva, I've been wrong about allot of things, like you. You tried to warn me about Mega, you tried to protect me, and I didn't listen. I'm... I can to say that... I'm sorry.... I was never really good at it(!)
SIVA : Your doing fine...

[Amber does her speech, the city kids listen on screens outside in the streets]
AMBER : For the first time since the virus the city is a place of safety, no-one can get in, or out, without having to identify themselves. With the work program bringing us better food and more electricity, we can be proud of what we've achieved... I'm not saying there aren't any problems, but we have, at least the chance for a better future... Thanks to Mega. So lets take that chance. This is Amber, your president. Thank you for your time.
[May and Salene are watching the speech with the city kids in the street]
SALENE : Ugh! I need a drink...
MAY : I need a bucket!
SALENE : It's a trick, virtual reality or something... That wasn't Amber! Please, tell me, it wasn't Amber!!

SAMMY : How can she be so two-faced!
TRUDY : She's acting Sammy, she doesn't mean it.
GEL : You sure about that? She sounded pretty convincing!

GEL : I think you should be asking Amber that question(!)

[Java receives a letter, telling her something very big! She wants to know who sent it]
JAVA : Well, where is he?
TECHNO : He got away.
JAVA : What did he look like!?
TECHNO : Just a kid... I'm sorry Java.
JAVA : Forget it. He was just the messenger.
[The Techno blokes leave her at the bar].
JAVA : [talking to herself - reading the letter] Ram is alive...
