Hi, I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Stress Management Consultant. I have a BA Hons Degree in Social Science, majoring in Psychology and Social Policy. I also have many years of experience of working in a therapeutic environment.

I provide a fully confidential and professional service at competitive rates.

I am licensed to practice Hypnotherapy through The General Hypnotherapy Register who has very clear guidelines and a code of conduct.

It is important to me to work with my clients to enable them to lead happy and healthy lives, enabling them to over come their problems, coping with daily stresses and dealing with addictions and phobias.
