Opened in April 2000 Sherratts Wood is Stafford District Scouts' new campsite.
Set in 20 acres of ancient woodland and 8 acres of cut camping fields.Located 10 miles north of Stafford, between Uttoxeter and Stone, the site offers the ideal base for all Scouting activities and as a base to explore Staffordshire and Central England.
There are two main camping fields and four further 'Back to Basics' Camping areas. As well as being an ideal base for Group, Troop, Pack and Patrol camps, Sherratts Wood has already hosted District events and camps.
