This gallery contains memorabilia and photos of myself with my favourite riders through the years. Most are pretty dodgey but if nothing else they should give you a laugh !

I first went to speedway back in 1975 when my parents took me to see the Paisley Lions.  I became an ardent Glasgow Tigers fan after the Lions folded and started a fan club for Charlie and Kenny McKinna in 1980.  I haven't seen a Glasgow meeting since 1982 when I became a Butlins Redcoat but I did manage a few meetings at Coventry when I was training to be a nurse.  It was very strange to be looking after and treating riders who had been injured at Brandon, it definitely gave me a different insight in to the sport.  I lost touch with speedway for a number of years due to employment in different areas of the country but finally I settled near Norwich and immediately returned to the sport. 

I made many friends through speedway over the years but sadly lost touch with a lot of them. If anyone reading this site remembers me why not send me an email and say Hi, it would be great to hear from you and catch up on missing years.

Finally:  Good luck to all teams and riders for the 2004 season and to the fans......
