Welcome to the Wendy Smith Memorial Trophy 2007.
A Crown Green Bowling Competition open to men and women, which is based in Sheffield, England.
This competition is running for the sixth year in memory of Wendy Smith, who passed away in 2002. She was a keen bowler and friend to many people in the Sheffield and the local area and was captain and secretary of the ladies side where this competition is held.
The qualifying rounds of the competition are held over one weekend at Davy's Sporting Club in Darnall, Sheffield. Situated just 5 minutes from the M1 at J33, it is easy to reach.
This is fast becoming one of the best competitions in South Yorkshire and our programmes and organisation has been praised by participants and the media / sponsors, so please enjoy the site and we hope you enter our competition.
