TITCHFIELD  cont.
Because of its small size, the layout can easily be adapted for various railway companies and or time periods. For example: By changing road vehicles, buses, rolling stock and colour of the station nameboard, you can run the layout as a GWR branch in the 1930's, a LNER line of the same era, a 50's/60's BR line or even, dare I say it, Thomas the Tank Engine's branch. Plus pre-grouping companies such as the Cambrian. The stock involved is minimal and could be run with one loco, one small 4 or 6 wheeled coach, one brake van and a small collection of wagons. This layout is available for exhibition via the Burnham and District Model Railway Club and would require a table (6' x2'). Please contact the club through their website on:  http://members.lycos.co.uk/bdmrc/about/about.htm
This view is of the factory area in front of the warehouse. This building was made from two Superquick Loco Shed kits.
