1 go to www.xo.gr/index.jsp
2 click on english ( top left )
3 go down to useful links and click the first symbol ( a white phone in a blue disc )
4 click on UK flag
5 put in family name ( in caps only )
put in no more than the first 4 letters of the forename
and the fathers initial
6 if the area is not what you want, highlight it and a small window opens
7 enlarge it ( pull down the bottom right hand corner )
and select one of the main cities or
click on an initial of another area
nb you may need to do this in greek, especially if the spelling does not translate well
my name is spelled palios in english but in greek the name has 2 spellings
